Laura Ross, Founder of Greens in 2005.	Laura is the head chef & managing director of greens events & catering Ltd. Along with her staff she provides the catering and bar services for many outside functions,ie. weddings, parties, anniversaries etc.
Greens use only the finest local produce.	Ross-shire rack of lamb served with a minted mashed potato and a port and rosemary jus.
